Had a very good hospitality from the staff. The team was so polite and punctual. Lunch provided was also outstanding especially the Karimeen fry it was so tasty. Overall an oustanding experience.

Wonderful and Blissful Houseboat Experience with Mayooram Cruises, Alleppey Our trip with Mayooram Cruises was very well coordinated from start to finish. The houseboat staff coordinated smoothly with our trip driver and ensured our arrival at the pickup location was hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were briefed clearly about the day’s plan and given a short introduction to the houseboat and the beautiful surroundings, which made us feel very comfortable. We were welcomed with refreshing lemon juice, which was a nice touch. Lunch was freshly prepared home-cooked food, and it was absolutely delicious—my entire family enjoyed it thoroughly. In the evening, tea was served on time while we relaxed and enjoyed the serene backwaters. The staff also suggested an Ayurvedic massage from a trusted source, which turned out to be one of the best experiences of our trip. When we returned, our room was perfectly air-conditioned and very comfortable. The houseboat was well equipped, including a speaker system, which we used for some music, dancing, and quality family time. Dinner was served on time and was again very tasty. At bedtime, we requested milk for our kids, and the staff ensured it was arranged without any hesitation. Overall, it was a very peaceful, well-managed, and blissful experience. A big thank you to the entire Mayooram Cruises team for their hospitality and care. Highly recommended for families looking for a memorable Alleppey houseboat experience!

They made sure all my food preferences were taken care of, and even arranged a speed boat and a small boat trip to a nearby village on the spot, no prior booking needed! It was a really good overnight stay. We got 2bedroom boat from Mayooram. It's a really awesome experience with them. The best part was roof top and their food. The people (Santosh and Shiva) in the boat were so kind and supportive. From the moment we stepped, we were greeted with warm hospitality and offered all the comfort while floating serenely on the water. The boat interior were nicely decorated. Rooms were bit smaller but provided breathtaking views of surrounding landscape. It is highly recommendable to anyone looking for a memorable and rejuvenating gateway.
